The Green Deal is a scheme that can help you make energy saving improvements to your home or business for example:
insulation, heating, draught proofing, double glazing, and renewable energy generation.

You pay back the cost of the improvements over time as part of a loan.

Your home or business may benefit from the Green Deal if it’s not energy efficient and one of the following applies:

• It wasn’t built or renovated in the last 3 years
• The walls and loft are not insulated
• You have an old boiler and no heating controls
• You are interested in renewable heating or generating your own energy supply e.g. solar panels

Independent and impartial advice is available through ESAS or HES.
